libapache-dbi-perl software package provides interface connecting apache server to database via perls DBI, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-dbi-perl
libapache-dbi-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache-dbi-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache-dbi-perl *
You will get with libapache-dbi-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
